Claim code redeem failed: invalid, used, or revoked
A claim code that won't redeem usually means it was already used, entered incorrectly, revoked by the issuer, or expired. Check the code carefully, then retry.

Who it's for
- You received a claim code and got "invalid," "used," or "revoked" on
/pricingor during redemption. - You're trying to upgrade storage or unlock a paid plan via a code from HTMLPUT or a partner.
- You want to confirm whether the code is still valid before contacting support.
Steps
- Copy the code exactly as shown—watch for
0vsO,1vsl, and trailing spaces. - Go to
/pricing, sign in, and paste the code on the redemption field. - If it says used or revoked, the code was already claimed or canceled by the issuer—request a fresh one from the source.
- Check whether the code applies to your region or plan type; some codes are plan-specific.
- If checkout or payment did not finish previously, the code may not have been consumed—verify your plan on the History page first, then retry.
- Still failing? Visit the redeem code failed guide for storage-code specifics, or check checkout or payment did not finish.
- After a successful redemption, confirm quota changes on After You Pay: Quota, History, and What Changes Next.
Gotchas
- Claim codes are single-use; a "used" error means someone already redeemed it on this account or another.
- Revoked codes were canceled by the issuer—HTMLPUT cannot reactivate them.
- Do not share claim codes publicly; they are tied to your account and can be abused or depleted.
