Add a Hosted Page to Your Public Page
Creators who want a single destination that displays their hosted work Freelancers and designers building a visible portfolio or demo collection Anyone using [HTMLPUT](/app) to share multiple projects under one profile
Who it's for
- Creators who want a single destination that displays their hosted work
- Freelancers and designers building a visible portfolio or demo collection
- Anyone using HTMLPUT to share multiple projects under one profile
Steps
- Set up your public page — If you haven't already, create and customize your public profile at
/app/page. See Set up your public page for the basics. - Open the public page editor — From the app, go to
/app/pageand click Edit public page. You can also manage your hosted work from History. - Add a hosted page — In the public page editor, click Add hosted page. A dropdown lists every page in your History that is currently public.
- Choose and configure — Select the page you want to feature. You can give it a custom label and (if available) choose a cover image. Repeat to add multiple pages.
- Save and preview — Click Save and use the live preview to confirm everything renders correctly. Share your public profile with anyone using the link from the toolbar.
Gotchas
- Only public pages appear in the add dropdown. If your project is password-protected, it won't show up. Change its access first via Edit page title and access or Choose Public vs Password Access.
- You can only add pages you own. Pages hosted under other accounts are not available to feature on your profile.
- Remove a page anytime by editing your public page and deleting the entry. If you later delete the hosted page, it will automatically disappear from your public profile.
