Generate and manage claim codes

List a public work, turn on require-claim, then generate or void claim codes with your credits and packs.

Generate cl_… claim codes from Claim codes after your work is on your public page and require-claim is on—credits come from lifetime, monthly free, or packs.

Who it's for

  • Creators who already host HTML and use a public /u page
  • Anyone buying claim packs from Pricing or the Claim codes buy flow
  • Users who need to void unused codes

Steps

  1. Set up your public page — Create or open your public page address (Set up your public page), then add the hosted work to that page.
  2. Turn on require-claim — On the listed work, enable the setting that requires a claim code before someone can claim it.
  3. Open Claim codes — Go to Claim codes to see credit balances and existing codes.
  4. Check credits — Lifetime is a long-term pool; monthly free refreshes each UTC calendar month and does not roll over; packs are one-time purchases (sizes such as +30 / +100 / +300 on Pricing).
  5. Generate — Create codes for the work when you have credits. Share the cl_… value privately with the intended redeemer.
  6. Void if needed — Void unused codes you no longer want redeemed. Already-redeemed codes stay in history for that redeemer.
  7. Buy more if short — Purchase a pack from Pricing or the in-console buy flow; plan tier can change pack price. See also What claim codes are.

Gotchas

  • Works that are not on your public page, or still password-only without the claim flow, may block generation or redeem.
  • Unlisting a work can stop new claims; tell redeemers if a code is no longer valid.
  • End-user Help does not cover admin clawback tools—those are ops-only.
