Who it's for
- Anyone subscribed to a paid HTMLPUT plan (Plus, Pro, or Ultra)
- Users approaching a renewal date or reviewing upcoming charges
- Anyone considering upgrading, changing, or canceling a plan
Steps
- Check your current plan and billing cycle. Visit the Pricing page to review your plan details, storage limits, and renewal date.
- Understand automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically on your billing cycle. Your card on file is charged, and your quota and features are extended without manual action.
- Review what you get on your plan. See the storage and limits included with your plan at Storage and limits for each HTMLPUT paid plan.
- Upgrade or change your plan. To switch plans, go to Upgrade or change your storage plan. Changes may adjust your next billing amount prorated.
- See what updates after payment. After you pay, your quota, History, and features update accordingly — see After you pay: quota, History, and what updates next.
- Review invoices and receipts. For payment records, check Invoices, receipts, and payment questions.
- Cancel if needed. If you want to stop recurring charges, follow the steps in Cancel a paid plan and what happens to your files.
Gotchas
- Automatic renewal is on by default. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated. Switching plans mid-cycle adjusts your next charge, but your current plan features remain until renewal.
- Cancellation does not delete your files immediately. Your hosted pages remain accessible until the end of your paid period, then revert to Free plan limits.
