Store data with invitation templates
Open Page data on the home page, try the invitation demo, Deploy, and read guest replies in History → Uploads → Data.
The invitation under Page data is the fastest way to try page data. You preview, reuse, Deploy, and guest replies land in History—no SDK paste required.
Who it's for
- People who want a working demo of page data before wiring custom HTML
- Anyone hosting a wedding (or similar) page who needs guest replies stored for them
- Users coming from Paste HTML from an AI chat who still need stored answers
Steps
- Open Page data — On the home page, open Page data (desktop: next to Chrome in the howto row; mobile: a tab). Deep link:
/?host=page-data. New accounts: Create an account and host your first page. - Preview — Open Preview on the invitation card. Previews do not write to storage and do not use quota.
- Reuse and Deploy (Publish) — Sign in if needed, edit copy/fields/media, then Publish. HTMLPUT creates a hosted bundle page with schema and a write-token already in the guest form.
- Share the link — Send guests the share URL. They submit without logging in.
- Read replies — In History → Uploads open Data on that page to review, export CSV, or hide a reply. Background: What page data is.
Gotchas
- Each Publish creates a new page; edit fields later from History (Edit fields), not by publishing again from the catalog.
- Guest-visible fields and review settings follow the page schema—check them when you reuse.
- Custom pages still use the write-token path in Wire page data into your HTML.
